George Strait

George Harvey Strait (Poteet, 18 maggio 1952) è un cantante statunitense di musica country. Il soprannome di Strait è "il Re del country", e alcuni critici musicali lo hanno descritto come una leggenda vivente. Il successo di Strait inizia con il primo singolo Unwound nel 1981. Durante gli anni '80 pubblica 7 album che raggiungono il primo posto nelle classifiche della musica country.
